Where are our parts made?

How long will my order take?
As a small company, we take pride in offering personalized service and quality parts, which sometimes means that certain items are made to order. Typically, you can expect a front lip and similar items to ship within about 1 week, while larger items like hoods may take 3-4 weeks, depending on our current availability and production run. If you're concerned about the timeline for your specific order or need more information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help and will keep you updated every step of the way!
What if my order arrived damaged?
We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. Every order we send out is fully insured for the amount you paid. If you believe your part was damaged in transit, please email us as soon as possible with the following information to help us process your shipping insurance claim quickly:
- A photo of the damaged item.
- A photo showing the damaged merchandise inside the original box, including all original cushioning (this should show how the item and packaging were placed inside the box).
- A photo of the packaging materials used inside the box, such as bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, or cardboard dividers.
- A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number, which usually begins with 1Z).
- Two photos displaying all six sides of the package—one photo should show the top and two sides, and the second should display the bottom and the opposite sides.
Please keep all packaging materials, the box, and the damaged merchandise until the claim is resolved. Sometimes, additional photos may be necessary, and disposing of these items could result in your claim not being approved. Once your insurance claim is approved, we will ship out a replacement as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
What is your return policy?
At EuroWerkss, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as custom products, sale items, and those damaged due to misuse, are non-returnable. To initiate a return, customers must contact our team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective. Refunds, minus any shipping costs or restocking fees, will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Email us for more info.
